1st Letter from Joe to address how it all started

 Bev,

I remember very well what kicked off my understanding of how things work with Soros & Co. It was back when we were in those Bernie organizing groups. Remember? Actually, I think you were the one who sent me to the link to the first one. Maybe it was somebody else? Phil E, maybe? Because neither you or I was really into posting political stuff online or being activist before that aside from voting. And they were suddenly were putting up signs, going to rallies, phone banking. Exciting times, for sure. It was all positive then, just feeling like you were doing your part for the people of this country and fighting the corporatocracy. We had no clue back then. We thought we actually had a chance of seeing justice done. Had no idea our own party was working against us. You were a D back then, weren't you? At first, I mean. I know you're I now but I seem to recall you changed during the Demexit wave in the summer? You know I was a D through and through. Had to be in my house growing up, no question. Never again.

I remember how it started. There were a bunch of Bernie FB groups and most of us were in more than one. I was probably in like five. And there would always be trolls that after a while you could identify as paid operatives by the language they used and their tactics. They would try to blend in at first, then the tone of their posts would change and they would try to nip any convos in the bud if people started talking about not supporting Hillary or toeing the party line. Remember that supposed manual page someone got their hands on from David Brock's troll farm ops. It was like a script. I wish I could remember the name of that operation. Blue something? It'll probably come to me in the middle of the night. They definitely had a script they were using and a huge budge. Maybe you can find that article someone posted once about Brock. It was the first I became aware of him. I was so naive I didn't even know operatives existed to that degree or had those kinds of budgets. But what I remember happening was these trolls ingratiating themselves with the people who started the Bernie groups, then offering to co-moderate them. That's when the manipulation of the discussions started. Those mods would delete posts and threads that weren't pro DNC. And when things got really thick, they took over the groups completely, several of them, changed the names and focus of the groups, and some of them they just shut down altogether. I'm getting pissed off all over again just remembering how it went down. Not sure it this is true, but I believe it and I know it's true in at least one instance. Some of those admins who started the biggest groups took payoffs to step aside and let Brock people take the groups in a different direction. I heard they were given payoffs in the $20K range, just to give over their admin rights and walk away. I think some of then stayed on as moderators, but were paid to steer the conversations in a different direction.

That was some shady shit. And if you called them on it, they would remove you from the group. The more I write, the more some of the details are coming back to me. Do you remember that night, I think it was the night of a big primary. There was a bunch of CP posted in several of the groups either late afternoon or early evening. The way it went down was some op DNC related posted all this scandalous shit, actual photos, I think, and then reported the posts to FB. FB shut the groups down right at the critical time when the primary was tight and Bernie people were still trying to get voters out in the west. I might be wrong on this part, but I think it was the same night Hillary put out a statement  saying she'd already won Cali, when she hadn't, to discourage voters there who hadn't gone to the polls yet. Typical fashion, she acted like it wasn't done with malicious intent. The damage was done. And of course MSM had gone along with it even though they had to know it was wrong. That was when I knew for sure the major networks were colluding with her campaign all along. Of course, we got proof of that collusion in black and white with the DNC's emails, but I don't even want to get started on that in earnest right now. I'm not sure I have the sequence of everything right. I'm thinking about those dinner guest lists of what they were calling "trusted journalists" somebody like JP had way before the primaries started. When did WikiLeaks publish that first set of emails? You can probably figure it out easier than I can. I'm sure you wrote about it on your page. You were on a roll there for a while. Went way harder at it than I did. Ironic, huh? LOL

Hit me back when you get a change to look at that archive you were talking about. All kinds of stuff is starting to come back to me now, but it's a jumble. I'm remembering craigslist recruiting ads, busing fake HRC supporters in to rallies, doctored photos to make it look like she had more people, white noise machines, seat fillers, convention blockades, and that weird document that went around one night that was supposed to be an emergency plan if it looked like Hillary was about to lose. What was it? It was on letterhead of some DC PR firm and it had a bunch of emergency scenarios including the last resort one of making it look like there was an alien invasion that had to disrupt the election. That was some weird shit. It was there  for a few hours in some groups, and then it disappeared. I think I might have saved a copy somewhere because we were trying to vet the thing and see if it could have possibly been real. I've no doubt now, knowing what I know, that bunch would try something so hardcore and devious, but at the time it was scary as hell to read. What do you remember? Do you have any of that old stuff saved? While you're looking, see if you still have any of that Comet Ping Pong stuff saved. Were you the one that had that video of their house band archived? It had some serious sick CP stuff in it. That turned my stomach. Hate leaving this on a sour note, it just came to me and I'm curious.

We don't have to opine on everything.

We really don't. I think social media is what's responsible. It's got us thinking that we need to voice our opinion on everything that happens and everything that said and done when really we don't need to at all. And then we feel the need to respond to others' responses. Why? Our opinion about what goes on in the world isn't always relevant, is frequently not well enough informed, and is almost always precipitous and unnecessary. And the media feels like they have so much air and space to fill, because now news must be 24/7 and everywhere, that they fill interviews, columns, talks shows, etc. with opinion. They ask people what they think about what someone else said or posted and demand a reaction. What does it really matter what someone else thinks and why must others always weigh in? Take, for example, Naomi Osaka pullout. She said what she said, she gave her reasons, accepted the fine, and that should have been the end of it. But, no. It has to get talked to...

INTRO TO BOOK CONCEPT IN TYPICAL EXPOSITORY FORM - "Post-Progressive"

On January 7, 2021, Presidential Election Certification Day in the United States, I viewed scenes from the previous day's Capitol revolt in horror along with millions of other Americans. Reading my daily news feed, I saw photo after photo of a frenzied mob storming our country's most venerated federal building, penetrating its entry points in any way possible, in an attempt to disrupt the House of Representatives' business of officially naming Joe Biden 40th president of the United States. Angry, passion-fueled protestors armed with everything from signs and flags to zip ties, handcuffs, incendiary devices, and firearms had swarmed the building. They scaled walls and balconies, assaulted and pushed past Capitol guards, breached the chamber itself, and reportedly went on the hunt for any elected officials who hadn't managed to flee the building in fear for their lives. Some in the mob were even heard demanding the head of outgoing Vice President ____ Pence, who they by t...
